Refund and Return policy

Buyers may request a return in the following cases:

(a) the order received is damaged, defective or has a manufacturing defect; or
(b) The order received does not match the product description on the platform listing page.

What is the time period Within which I can return the product?
5 days from product delivery date.

Buyers may submit return requests on the relevant listing page of the Platform or within the time limit otherwise specified by the seller. All products listed in a given category may not have the same return policy. It is recommended that you check the listing page and related policies that the seller displays on the platform. Customers can submit return requests directly on the platform or contact us by calling 6379569400 or support@saasna.com. The buyer must provide the reason for the return, along with relevant product images, invoices and other similar documents to facilitate the return. In the event of a death on arrival/production defect, the buyer must provide a certificate issued by the brand confirming the product defect.

After submitting the return request and reviewing the buyer's documentation/information, the return request will be accepted or rejected. If Saasna requests additional information/documents from the Buyer, Saasna reserves the right to obtain the same information/documents from the Buyer.

Saasna may, but is not obligated to, send updates on Buyer's requests by sending communications through various means such as WhatsApp, SMS, etc. Buyers can check the status of their requests on the platform.

Upon submission of a return request, Saasna must receive the Goods from the Buyer at no additional cost to the Buyer. Customers must keep the product in good condition and return the product in its original packaging with the invoice, all accessories and parts, user manual and warranty certificate upon receipt.

Once the item is picked up, we begin the refund process. It may take 5-7 business days to be credited to the account used to make the reservation. If you have any questions or need assistance with cancellations or returns, please contact us at support@saasna.com.
